If I'm Falling So Soon, Is It Love At First Sight?

By Phil Mustafar

For thousands of years, poets and writers have celebrated the mysterious event of love at first sight. Many people, however, don't believe that it's possible to take one look at a person and fall in love with them.

Love is one of those human emotions that is really difficult to describe to anyone who has never felt it before. Strangely, though, once you have experienced falling in love, its power becomes undeniable.

You need to be very careful to ask yourself the question: is this really love at first sight, or am I just infatuated with this person? Sometimes it can be easy to confuse lust for love, and vice-versa.

Be patient with yourself if you are experiencing falling in love for the first time. You will probably doubt your feelings and ask yourself many questions about the nature of love and your affection for that special someone.

Even for people who didn't initially believe in the transforming power of love at first sight, falling in love can bring amazing changes to their lives. Some of the greatest accomplishments of humanity were realized because of love.

So are you more likely to experience the sensation of love at first sight if you are a man or a woman? Believe it or not, falling in love is common to both males and females, and it is a substantial factor in making us who we are.

Even if you do experience what you think is love at first sight, it's very important not to rush into anything without thinking about it. If this truly is the person you are meant to be with, then taking it slow will make your relationship even better.

Although finding true love at first sight can't be predicted, there are ways you can make it more likely. One of those ways is by making sure you stay true to yourself and surround yourself with people who you have things in common with. - 20785
